 Our Logo Design Story

Judith Lukomski, founder of Transitions Today, loves traveling, exploring cultures, and connecting with people. While in New Zealand, she was awed by the natural beauty and deep traditional appreciation of community, creativity, and spirituality.

Hiking, she found a heart-shaped koru. The koru silver fern plant embodies unity, and in Maori design, the koru symbolizes creation and represents the spiral of life—the constant change that is evolution.

It is the inspiration for our logo and values definition. We believe humanity thrives by embracing differences and learning from nature’s collaborative ecosystem. Building on purpose and values, we partner with clients to re-imagine the workplace and world.
