 Our Logo Design Story

Judith Lukomski, Transitions Today CEO, loves people and nature, exploring cultures and creating connections. While in New Zealand, she was awed by the natural beauty and deep traditional appreciation of community, creativity, and spirituality.

During her visit, she found a heart-shaped koru in the lush forest. The koru silver fern plant embodies unity, and in Māori design, it symbolizes creation and represents the spiral of life—the constant change that is evolution. The koru is the inspiration for our logo and values definition.

Nature teaches us, humanity, to better understand interdependence, innovation, and renewal. We are responsible for caring for the planet and one another in a collaborative ecosystem. Building on purpose and values, we partner with clients and the community to reimagine the workplace for a better world.
