A Different Way of Seeing Your Organization.

Judith Lukomski brings decades of executive experience, curiosity, and a deep belief in human potential to the questions shaping leaders, organizations, and the world of work. She connects what others often see separately: people, business, technology, leadership, and the human experience.

Our Purpose and Commitment

Organizations have the power to create lasting value, for their people, their business, their communities, and the world around them.

At Transitions Today, we partner with leaders to build organizations where people thrive, decisions are strengthened, and business success creates meaningful impact.

Our work is grounded in knowing performance comes from aligning leadership, culture, and capabilities creating organizations that are not only prepared for change, but stronger because of it.

Every organization is shaped by the choices leaders make, how they develop people, create opportunity, and define success.  Leadership has the ability to unlock human potential and create workplaces where people and organizations can thrive together.

Our Values (KORU)

Kindness

Respect, empathy, and humanity strengthen relationships and results.

Originality

Opportunities, growth, and complex challenges require fresh thinking, creativity, and approaches tailored to each organization.

Respect

We honor diverse perspectives and recognize that inclusion strengthens organizations.

Unity

We connect people, purpose, and performance to create meaningful progress.

Our Inspiration

Nature teaches humanity the importance of interdependence, innovation, and renewal. While visiting the New Zealand rainforest, our founder was awed by the natural beauty and deep appreciation of community, creativity, and spirituality. The silver fern, or koru in Māori tradition, inspired the definition of our organizational values and the interconnected systemic approach to problem-solving and innovation.
